"to connect, use, attempt to connect or use in any way the ICQ Services for

any commercial purpose or any purpose other than private, personal use and

in good faith as is clearly suggested on the internet page of ICQ;"

Anybody can help me, I will share money for who can open unlock the account

I use ICQ to communicate with friends and family, it's very happy

Please guide me how to use unlock my account.
