Парсинг формы для гет/пост запроса

Есть ли готовые варианты (с script изменением) для подготовки запроса? То есть есть форма:

в итоге получалось по типу такого: login=rcc0023&pass=hohoho&preseted=1

Как можно сделать оптимальней?
